Shot blasting is a treatment process which allows removing the layer of corrosion from metal and simultaneously strengthening the surface of the work piece. This method allows treating parts with complex configuration and hard-to-reach places.
The quality of processing allows coating metal without additional preparation or degreasing. Moreover, this type of treatment significantly increases the service life of the product, removing the load "fatigue" of the metal.
The degree of purification of metal is Sa 2.5 (ISO 8501-1)
Manufacturing complex of Ferrum, LLC is fit with equipment of brand "Rösler" (Germany) for shot blasting of the following components: sheets and sections.
Priming is used to protect the metal from corrosion and to counteract various chemicals.
In our production electrically conductive primer is used as the main material. It reduces labor costs in the subsequent stages of manufacturing complex structures, eliminating the need to remove the protective coating from the metal before welding. The priming shop is equipped with modern equipment for applying a protective coating on rolled steel and structures of any shape and geometry.
The multilevel quality control is organized at the manufacturing facility, which excludes the presence of defects in the finished products is organized.
The processed rolled metal meets the requirements of RMRS and RRR.
Rolled metal processing is carried out according to the international standard DIN-EN-ISO 8501-1
